The department

The Sales department is a dynamic and commercial department characterised by short lines of communication and a high degree of independence and responsibility. Together, the disciplines Marketing, Product management, Customer Service (including the Account assistant) and Packaging management ensure that our products are marketed effectively.

The position

As an Account Assistant, you are the pivot between the customers and the internal organisation. Together with three colleagues, you are responsible for the contract management of nine Sales managers and support the sales process. You coordinate directly with customers and with colleagues from the Product Management, Customer Service and Planning departments.

You will be responsible for your own customer portfolio, where your tasks include:

Maintaining relationships with customers in a professional manner and acting as their point of contact and point of enquiry with regard to the contract agreements made (duration / prices etc.); Processing these contractual agreements.Taking care of the correspondence towards the customer and coordinating and checking commercial agreements; preparing reports for internal and external communication; monitoring sales, informing customers on progress and coordinating actions with them.

Your profile

You have at least an MBO+ education (or hbo work and thinking level) in commercial direction; You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing. French or German is also a must; You have affinity with our quality products; You are a team player who enjoys a dynamic work environment; You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented; You can work independently and show initiative; You have numerical insight, can quickly make connections and draw conclusions; You keep an overview and are accurate, even in busy periods.
