Legusol – Hybrid Meat Solution

Legusol is our legume-based solution for hybrid meat. A taste-neutral, consistent pH base that delivers reliable performance and is ready to use directly in production.

  • Consistent quality: fixed dry matter (%), no seasonal variation; ready to process, no extra water required; shelf-stable for 12 months at room temperature.
  • Label-friendly: E-number-free possible, short and simple label declaration with recognisable ingredients.
  • Nutritional value: low in saturated fat, high in fibre, at least a source of protein and a potential source of vitamins and minerals.
  • Sustainable: fits the protein transition; low CO₂ footprint; local sourcing possible.
  • Technical support: our team of engineers can, if desired, provide on-site input and support with processing and recipe development.

100% cooked chickpeas with consistent dry matter: a clean-label, vegan base for hummus, spreads and dressings, scalable in professional kitchens.

Polybags – Foodservice & Industry Solution

Ready-to-(h)eat legumes with ultra-consistent quality in convenient polybags. Ready to use directly — without soaking or defrosting — and shelf-stable for 12 months at room temperature.

  • Fast & efficient: no soaking or defrosting time; easy-open zip; store at room temperature.
  • Consistent aspects: vegan, recognisable ingredients, allergen-, GMO- and listeria-free.
  • Assortment: legumes (white beans, brown beans, black beans, red kidney beans, black-eyed beans, chickpeas, lentils, white beans in tomato sauce) and green peas.
